Smith/Neo Baby's Matinee Jacket

This beautiful garment was hand knitted by member Qwerty, who would make these as gifts whenever an Inevitability member had a grandchild born! Apparently she had a wide range of designs and at one point sold the patterns, but sadly I don't have any of them in my collection, just this one. It is described in the accompanying letter as a "matinee jacket" which is not a term I was familiar with, but it is essentially a lovely little baby's cardigan in red and blue wool, with red and blue toggles intended to represent red pills and blue pills! Smith and Neo frown at each other from across the design. You can see the motif here where the Inevitability mostly created textiles in red and blue, with red representing Neo and blue representing Agent Smith.
