Embroidery: Smith/Neo Birdies

A very sweet framed cross-stitch of Smith and Neo as little birds on a perch. My grandmother LOVED this kind of artwork. Neo is portrayed as an annoying chirping bird; Smith watches him with open hostility. I don't know the origin of this piece, but as it is framed my assumption is that it may have been a gift to my grandmother from another member. It is not signed or marked in any way, and I haven't found any mention of the pattern or concept in any zines or letters so far. The Smith birdie has a little silver tie pin.
